Founded in 1851, University of the Pacific became California's first university. Project 1851: California's First University celebrates that history through a bold, vintage-inspired graphic that puts the Golden State itself in the role of Pacific's biggest fan.

California steps out in full Pacific Tigers spirit — rocking a Pacific "P" cap, waving a Pacific flag, and raising a foam finger while proudly representing the university that started it all. It's a playful tribute to Pacific's place in California history and a reminder that Pacific has been part of the Golden State story since the beginning.
