Wholesale Return Policy

WHOLESALE RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have five (5) days to request a return authorization.

We will not accept returns on product samples.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on discontinued or close-out goods. We recommend that all goods are inspected upon receipt. We will not accept returns on worn or washed goods and all original tags must be affixed. Returned, Refused or Unclaimed shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking charge or $25.00, (whichever is greater), plus lost outbound shipping charges if applicable.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY ZEUS COLLEGIATE.
Please contact your Zeus Collegiate account representative for approval and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

All accepted returns in which a RA Number is issued; it is the customer’s responsibility to return goods to the Zeus Collegiate facility indicated accompanying RA. Failure to do so may lead to a delay in the processing of your return in addition to added customer expense.

UPON RETURN OF GOODS, ZEUS COLLEGIATE WILL ISSUE AN ACCOUNT CREDIT TO BE USED ON FUTURE ORDERS AS WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH/CHECK OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.


CLAIMS

Claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within five (5) days from receipt of goods.

NOTE: It is YOUR responsibility to verify accuracy by style, color, & size upon receipt. Zeus Collegiate will not accept any claims once goods have been altered in any way.
